Feeling Unqualified For Use

What renders someone qualified to minister to others?

…Some say it is a theology degree.
…Others say years of training and experience.

But Jesus qualifies His children when He saves them!

Each of us as believers have been equipped with spiritual gifts, the Holy Spirit, and the power to accomplish His Kingdom’s purposes.  So, if you have been saved by the blood of Jesus, consider yourself “equipped for service!”  Step out by faith and trust God to use you to minister to others as He leads.

The next time you doubt your qualifications, remember this:

• Jesus has: “chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong” (1 Cor. 1:27)

• Jesus said: “you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you” (Acts 1:8)

• Jesus gives: “everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2 Peter 1:3)
